Chronic Fatigue
Lately, I have been looking in life with so much optimism and enthusiasm. After three months, ang dragging na ng buhay. Everything seems so hard to do, even the simplest children's story is incomprehensible for me (I really had to read it twice before I get the whole point of the story). My friend told me that I may be experiencing chronic fatigue.
'Yung tipong pagod ka na sa lahat. Lagi kang inaantok. Wala kang energy (dahil di ka nag-Enervon). Lahat ng pinapagawa sa'yo parang mahirap pero kung iisipin mo ng mabuti madali lang naman talaga siya.
I seem restless all day. I've had enough of reading academic texts, which apparently is needed to be able to comprehend in your everyday nosebleed-inducing discussions on the 'self' and the 'other' (gawrsh. Why do I even have to problematize these things?)
Apparently, I googled on what Chronic Fatigue or Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS) is and here's what I found:

Apparently, I googled on what Chronic Fatigue or Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS) is and here's what I found:
"...It’s a collection of flu-like symptoms that left its sufferers frustrated. Chronic fatigue syndrome is a rare, debilitating disorder that leaves its sufferers weak, exhausted, and barely able to function for months or even decade. The cause is still a mystery. Since it appears after flu or another illness, it was once thought to be caused by the Epstein-Barr virus. But up to present times, scientists and researchers were not able to identify its origins. It probably doesn’t have a single cause but is a combination of viral infections, allergies, and psychological factors acting on the immune system.
Like many who suffer chronic illnesses, some people with chronic fatigue syndrome experience emotional problems. Depression can go hand-in-hand with other cognitive problems such as confusion, forgetfulness, and sleep disorders."
Well, in order to be diagnosed with CFS, you must at least experience or suffered from persistent fatigue for six (6) months. Oh yeah, I've been suffering for almost two years now. Great.
Anyway, tips are everywhere to get my life back. Some pacing and exercise will do. Eating would also be helpful, I think. I'm considering to go back with my gym life, I just don't have the time, again.
Anyway, it's a sign not to overuse my body. Life really gets back on you. This will pay when I get older. Need to be healthy!
